Msemis accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. 

How long is the order processing time?

For instock item(s), we usually process and ship within 48 hours from the time the payment is complete. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. For non-available item(s), the process time will depend on the actual produce time. It is usually about 10 days.

Orders that contain a different shipping address will be dispatched in different package.

So please kindly confirm your shipping address before checking out.

Orders that contain an incomplete address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This will delay shipping time. Msemis cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Tax rate is based on the shipping address but not the billing address.

Msemis offers Free Standard shipping to U.S. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Express Shipping is $20. Shipping time is 3-5 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Mexico

We currently offer Standard and Express (tracked) Shipping to Mexico.

Standard Shipping is free. Shipping time is 15-25 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Express Shipping is $42.00. Shipping time is 5-7 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

For orders destined to other countries which not included above, we usually ship them by China Post. Shipping time depends on the destination.  Please kindly note that  Only standard delivery is available.

International Shipping  

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at 17track.net

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

²  Original and return shipping costs.

²  Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

Return Policy

We hope everything you ordered meet your satisfaction. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied with it(them), we've made following return policy.

How long do I have to make a return?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days from the date your purchase to request a return.

Your return package must be postmarked within 45 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 45 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

How do I make a return?

1. Sign into your Account

2. Contacting us to get a return shippping label

3. Go to "My Orders" and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details"

4. Then click the "Return" button, select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and click "Next Step"

5. Select the 'Refund Method' and 'Return Method'

6. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package

7. Mail out the return package. Your package must be postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date

8. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 items to be returned, please do not mix them up

Do I have to pay for shipping when I return something?

Kindly note that the shipping fee for return is on your side. You must use the return label we provide, then ship the return package with 45 days from the purchase date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders We Do Not Accept Return

1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.

2. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving (If there is no tracking number, please contact with us within 45 days of order placing) for replacement. Item(s) not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.

3. Item(s) returned without authorization from us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

4. Returned Item(s) must be in saleable condition with original packaging.

5. Custom item(s) do not apply to this return policy.

Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.

2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the MSemis Site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

Refund Process

1. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used of purchase. We issue refund in 1~3 business days after we receive the return item(s).

2.Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.

3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.

2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
